About Me

Over Two Decades of Glass & Glazing Expertise

My name is Piotr Dudzik, and after more than 20 years in the glass and glazing construction industry — designing everything from sleek fixed installations to cutting-edge automated systems — I’ve decided to take a new path: helping others bring their architectural visions to life without the high price tag of large corporate firms.

Over the years, I’ve worked across nearly every department in the commercial and architectural space — from hands-on fabrication and logistics to product design, R&D, sales, and development. This diverse background has given me a rare, full-spectrum understanding of how ideas become reality.

I know what it takes to turn bold concepts into beautiful, buildable spaces — not just in terms of design and engineering, but also in balancing cost-efficiency, environmental responsibility, and long-term value.

My Journey

Why I started Architectural-Framing

From Corporate Constraints to Creative Freedom

As Head of R&D, I was deeply focused on one thing: turning ideas — even rough sketches — into beautifully engineered, functional products. Many of those solutions have gone live in real-world projects (you may have seen some on my LinkedIn).

But as I moved through senior roles in larger companies, I noticed something troubling: true innovation often gets buried under layers of budget tracking, time logging, and constant micromanagement. The pressure to "watch the clock" was slowly killing the creative energy that had fuelled my career in the first place.

So, I took a step into the commercial world — working alongside sales and estimating teams, learning how projects are sold, and why creativity so often gets sidelined. I supported with 3D modelling, process optimization, and technical insights, but something was still missing: the deep involvement, freedom, and purpose that first drew me into this industry.

That’s what led me to create Architectural Framing — a space where bold design meets deep technical know-how, and where creative solutions aren’t limited by 8-hour schedules or rigid structures.

Here, I work with architects, designers, and builders who want to bring ambitious ideas to life — without compromise, without micromanagement, and without the inflated costs of big corporations.

Once your project scope and direction have been finalised and approved for execution, we can assist with detailed fabrication drawings, budgeting, and pricing. Our approach ensures you receive the most accurate cost estimates tailored specifically to your project—no assumptions, no guesswork.

Detailed 3D modelling & procurement assistance

Over the years, I’ve refined my 3D modelling skills to streamline the fabrication process—and it works every time. No matter the shape or size, 3D modelling produces accurate, clean drawings that eliminate guesswork and costly mistakes. There's no need for trimming on site, templating, or going back to remeasure once the framework is in place.

On-site surveying & advisory services

Site modelling can also be done in 3D once you have a full, comprehensive survey completed. When your openings are drawn exactly as-built—not just based on architect’s drawings—you can easily apply a 3D-modeled framework to check fit, identify potential clashes, and spot intersections before installation.

Using 3D modelling based on accurate site surveys can save you a fortune. It helps pinpoint errors from other trades, gives you greater flexibility and control over site conditions, and reduces unexpected surprises during installation. Plus, it provides your fitters with easy access to all measurements—especially those often missing or unclear in 2D drawings.

Fabrication, delivery & QA of precision-engineered components

Most of my products are manufactured in a state-of-the-art factory in Poland, renowned for top-quality craftsmanship and reliable delivery. When needed, we assemble items without any surface coating first, so you can check the fit before powder coating or other treatments is applied—helping eliminate costly mistakes. Once painted, the products are fully assembled and shipped using a variety of trucks and vans.

For oversized items that can’t be delivered in one piece, we break them down into the largest possible sections to minimize on-site assembly time and simplify coordination with other trades.

Frame installation using advanced 3D-led methodologies

We offer assistance and guidance in frame installation—either in person or remotely via video call—especially for projects done in 3D. This ensures your fitters work efficiently and accurately using the latest 3D model, all with a paperless approach. There’s no need for hundreds of printed drawings; one skilled fitter with a solid 3D model and a hardworking team can deliver 100% accurate results.

A properly fitted frame is the best foundation for successful glazing, and We are here to help you achieve it every step of the way.

Bespoke Control System Design, Build & Programming for all automated Products

If you need assistance designing a control system for your automated product, feel free to reach out. After many years of building control panels for automation, we’ve gained valuable experience that could be a real asset for your project.

Automated Product Servicing

We also offer help with diagnosing, servicing, and repairing all types of automated rooflights and skylights installed by others. If you’re experiencing issues with your rooflight, please send me as much information as possible—I’ll do my best to assist you.
